Office Manager/Senior Administrator

Office Manager / Administrator / Accounts role based to the North of Shrewsbury, offering and attractive salary and benefits.

We are looking for an enthusiastic member of the team to look after all finance, purchasing and administration on a day to day basis.

You should be self motivated and want to take ownership of all tasks from filing through to end of month accounts. A keen eye for detail is essential. There are peaks in workload at certain times of year and it is likely that some additional hours will need to be worked during these periods.

It is also expected that you will have a minimum of grade B in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent.

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner the right candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility within an expanding business.

You will be experienced in all aspects of office administration and finance as summarised below:

  • Typing sales invoices, purchase orders and quotations
  • Wages and Personnel Admin
  • Purchase Ledger and Creditors
  • Sales Ledger and Debtors
  • VAT analysis
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
  • Filing and Admin
  • Assisting with purchasing and supplier negotiations
  • Booking accommodation and reconciling expenses

Based in a rural location to the North of Shrewsbury, all applicants will require a full driving licence and their own transport.

Junior Exhibition Designer

Junior Exhibition Designer based to the North of Shrewsbury, offering and attractive salary and benefits.

Joining our existing team of designers, you will produce 3D CAD technical drawings using AutoCAD and ‘lifelike’ visuals using AutoDesk Viz for account managers within the company. 

You will also have the opportunity to take a client facing role yourself on smaller projects which includes taking briefs from clients, stand design, involvement in manufacture and installation, and all related logistics and administration associated with this process.

The right candidate will have a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a basic understanding of 3D modelling. Experience using AutoCAD and AutoDesk Viz would be preferable but not essential as training can be provided.

Based in a rural location to the North of Shrewsbury, all applicants will require a full driving licence and their own transport.  It is also expected that you will have a minimum of grade B in English and Maths at GCSE level.  Due to the nature of the industry some evening and weekend working may be required.
