The NMBS Exhibition is the UK’s leading exhibition for independent building, timber, plumbing and hardware merchants. Over the course of two days, the event is an ideal opportunity to conduct business whilst also meeting existing and potential brand leading manufacturers and distributors in an informal atmosphere.

NMBS is taking place in April which means there is still plenty of time for you to think about the best ways to promote your business. Our experience at NMBS and CBS Arena

We have been working in partnership with NMBS as official contractors for many years now, making us extremely familiar with the setup and show layout. As NMBS has now been held at the CBS Arena multiple times, we are a dab hand at all the health and safety protocols, parking systems, as well as all the build-up and breakdown procedures.

Many of our clients are from within the construction industry and we are familiar with what grabs attention and attracts customers. Our years of experience within this industry means we guarantee to deliver a show-stopping exhibition stand that effectively displays your products or service offering whilst also generating maximum brand exposure for your business.

What’s included with your stand space booking?

It’s important to note that, when booking your place at this event, you will be booking a ‘space only’ stand. This means you must order carpet, walling, graphics and furniture for your stand space separately.

As the event’s official contractors, we can supply all of this for you, meaning all that’s required is for you to dress your stand ready for the show’s opening.

And after a busy couple of days at the exhibition, the last thing you want to worry about is dismantling your stand. But rest assured, we are happy to do all the hard work for you – just leave everything as it was and we will take it from there.

Below, we have listed a few of our previous stand builds at the event to help provide you with a little insight and hopefully, some inspiration.

Portwest Clothing

This stand incorporates slatwall panels for product display, alongside large format graphics. Finished with a colour coordinating lighting pelmet, welcome counter and furniture.

Castacrete

This stand is constructed from our heavyweight modular system with seamless Foamex graphics and integrated lighting pelmet painted in the company’s corporate colour. Tile effect vinyl was supplied as the ground covering laid directly onto the hall floor. The tiered display counter, together with the furniture add the perfect finishing touches to the stand design.

Stax Trade Centre

Our lightweight modular system provides the perfect backdrop for this stand with full colour printed graphics fitted into the panel framework. Graphics can be printed for the entire stand or just for sections of the wall with a complimentary loop nylon colour used for the non-graphic panels. This client opted for a light grey cord carpet, some additional furniture and a leaflet holder.

Timloc

This design really stands out with the bright blue cord carpet and vibrant full colour printed seamless Foamex graphics covering the walls. Additional branding has been added to the fascia graphic running along the front of the stand. This client also required a television for the stand which is easily mounted onto the wall structure.

Important dates and checklists

Whilst we’re still a few months away, there are a few dates by which we need to have received certain orders:

• Custom made items – Friday 9th February 2024
• Stand hire – Friday 1st March 2024
• Graphics – Friday 8th March 2024
• Furniture – Friday 8th March 2024
• Carpet – Friday 8th March 2024

And one final quick note regarding electrics; please be aware that one single 500W socket is supplied with your stand booking. For any additional electrical requirements, please contact the organiser directly.
