As contractors, one of our regular visits is to Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Located just outside Shrewsbury in Shropshire, we are only a short drive away from Coventry, placing us perfectly to provide you with a range of modular and custom build exhibition stand services for Ricoh Arena.

About Ricoh Arena

The first thing you will note about Ricoh Arena is how huge it is. The exhibition hall itself is 6,000 square metre in size and the vast complex includes a 32,609 seater stadium, a hotel and a casino. You can’t get much more central than Coventry, making the venue easily accessible from various locations of the UK, especially when travelling via the motorway. Whilst parking can be a struggle in larger cities, this need not be a concern as Ricoh Arena has on-site parking facilities with 2,000 spaces.

Our experience of working at Ricoh Arena

But what is it actually like to exhibit here? Well, we’ve always had a really good experience with everything, including both the assembly and breakdown parts of the process. With clear loading and unloading systems, Ricoh Arena is a good sized venue that is easy to navigate and our repeated attendance here means we are fully familiar with all of their health and safety and security protocol.

On-site facilities include hotel accommodation – as we’ve already mentioned above – but also an array of food and drink outlets making it a perfectly convenient venue for those who are travelling from particularly long distances.

When it comes to setting up your exhibition stand, and what the venue allows you to do, there really are many possibilities. Rigging is possible within the halls and there are no columns which need disguising in the stand build; this means that there are very few limitations and you have the freedom to display a stand that truly expresses the personality of your brand.
