In our many years as exhibition stand designers, we have been fortunate enough to travel all over the country (and even further afield, in some cases). As you can imagine, the nature of our business means we often find ourselves revisiting venues we’ve worked at before. 

One such venue is NAEC Stoneleigh and, just in case you’re thinking of exhibiting there, we wanted to outline our experiences with the venue and offer an insight as to what you’re likely to expect.

About NAEC Stoneleigh

Firstly, and perhaps most notably, NAEC Stoneleigh has a staggering 50 years’ experience of running successful events. The staff, facilities and venue itself are of the highest quality so, if you do intend to exhibit there soon and it’s your first time, rest assured you’re in safe hands.

Stoneleigh Park has had a £50 million investment to improve facilities and support services. Facilities include indoor and outdoor venues, together with a variety of halls, allowing for plenty of flexibility when it comes to deciding what exhibiting methods will best showcase your products or services.

In terms of getting there, NAEC Stoneleigh has good road, rail and air access, together with free parking which is available for more than 30,000 vehicles.

Our experience of working at NAEC Stoneleigh

On the occasions when we’ve worked here, we have provided an array of different stands, including set-ups for both indoor and outdoor exhibitors. The venue itself is easy to navigate with a lot of good, on-site facilities. When it comes to loading and unloading, the systems in place ensure operations run smoothly and the previously-mentioned extensive parking does not impose any height restrictions.

Finally, the on-site services include forklifting and storage. Rigging is even possible in some of the halls, allowing you plenty of freedom to conceptualise a stand that truly reflects your brand, products and/or services.
