The Royal Welsh Show

We’ve had a great time working towards The Royal Welsh Show again this year! In this post we’re sharing a few onsite photos of the build up with a small insight into the variety of stands we provide at The Royal Welsh Show.

The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society is celebrating 100 years of The Royal Welsh Show this year – incredible! It’s a four day event focusing on Agriculture and also a wide range of the best that Wales has to offer, with everything from livestock competitions, crafts, food & drink, countryside sports, horticulture the list goes on…

We build a variety of indoor and outdoor stands at The Royal Welsh Show, with our clients ranging from many different sectors so it makes for a really varied build up.

One of our client’s wanted to make the most of the area just outside of their stand space to entice people inside. Therefore, we built an outdoor gantry structure with banners and customised flower boxes which helped them stand out and offered great visibility from afar.

Inside we built a dividing wall using our heavyweight modular exhibition system to seperate the room for different functions. We lined one side of the room using our lightweight exhibition panels with graphics, this also created a small hidden storage area. Further into the space we built custom walling with large stretched fabric graphics to offer a strong branded backdrop for meetings.

For informal meetings we provided low comfy sofas with coffee tables and for more formal discussions we provided bistro furniture further into the space. This stand really did have it all!

The weather plays a big part in the set-up of outdoor shows and fortunately the sun has been shining this year! The build-up ran smoothly and we handed the exhibition stands over to very happy clients on the last day of set-up. Until next year RWAS!
